About Us

In an industry built on promises, we decided to be defined by proof. Purearth was founded to do things differently, cleanly, transparently, without compromise, because Delhi deserves nothing less.

Purearth incorporated in 1991 and Joint Venture formed in 1995 between DCM Limited and Singapore’s Thakral and Khattar families, Purearth brought together over a century of roots in this land with the global standards and capital of two of Asia’s most respected families. What emerged was a company defined not by scale, but by standard. Today, across 65 acres in the heart of Delhi and 2 Projects; The Amaryllis and Central Square, those standards are visible in every detail from the quality of construction to the transparency of every transaction.
