Purearth Infrastructure was founded in 1995 as a joint venture between three institutions, DCM Limited, the Thakral Group, and the Sat Pal Khattar family. Bringing together over a century of roots in Central Delhi with the global standards and capital of two of Singapore’s most respected families. What emerged was a developer defined not by scale, but by standard. Clean dealings, transparent process, and developments that speak for themselves. Across 65 acres in Central Delhi, that belief has a permanent address.
Purearth was founded on a belief that true luxury is not about the moment of purchase, it is about what endures long after. We build homes that are inherited, not replaced. Developments that define their era and outlive it. Every project is held to a single standard: To be the address a family returns to, passes down, and takes pride in for generations to come.
At Purearth, world class vision and an unwavering promise of quality are not values we work toward. They are the foundation everything else is built upon.
Founded in 1889, DCM Limited is one of India’s oldest and most storied business houses and among the first companies to be publicly listed in the country. With over 135 years of unbroken history and in its fifth generation of family governance, DCM has not just witnessed India’s evolution, it has been a part of shaping it.
DCM played a defining role in India’s early industrialisation and was among the pioneering institutions that helped build Delhi’s manufacturing and economic landscape. From its origins in textiles, the group has grown across chemicals, engineering, and information technology, demonstrating the kind of resilience and adaptability that only comes with genuine institutional depth.
Beyond business, DCM has consistently stood for governance, ethics, and social responsibility. Its longstanding commitment to community development, education, and social impact reflects a philosophy that has never been purely commercial, one anchored in contributing meaningfully to the country it helped build.
Today, DCM’s 135-year legacy of trust, integrity, and generational thinking forms the bedrock on which Purearth was built.
